Last updated 22 July 2026. A complete formal policy will be published when the company is established; until then, this page describes exactly how this site handles data.

The short version

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and contains no tracking of any kind. There are no forms; nothing you do on these pages is recorded by us. If you email us, we use your details to reply and for nothing else.

Who we are

Orbiture is an early-stage venture operated by its founding team, based in London, United Kingdom. Contact for anything in this policy: hello@orbiture.space.

What we collect

Nothing directly. The site is a set of static pages: it sets no cookies, uses no local storage, loads nothing from third-party services, and sends no data anywhere. The savings calculator and the demo run entirely inside your browser; their inputs are never transmitted or stored. Because no cookies or similar technologies are used, no cookie consent banner is required.

Two limited exceptions, common to any website. First, our hosting provider processes visitors' IP addresses in the course of serving the pages and keeps short-lived technical logs for security and reliability; we rely on legitimate interest for this and do not use those logs to identify visitors. Second, if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use that correspondence only to reply and to follow up on your enquiry, keep it only as long as the conversation is live or a legal obligation requires, and never share or sell it.

Your rights

Under the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulations you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Given how little this site collects, that will usually just mean your email correspondence. Write to hello@orbiture.space. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

If the site ever starts collecting more than described here — for example a contact form or analytics — this policy will be updated first, and a consent banner added if one becomes legally required.
